Coaching

Olympians have coaches, leaders should too. Work with Hallie Pond to unearth your authentic leadership style and build confidence to communicate through conflict. Hallie operates from the Gestalt coaching philosophy - a psychotherapeutic approach that emphasizes the importance of the present moment and the relationship between the individual and their environment.

Hallie helps leaders to become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to identify patterns that may be holding them back. Hallie also supports leaders in developing new insights and strategies to create positive change in their lives.

She uses an intuitive, somatic, strengths-based approach, and you’re sure to take away insights that will help you both within and outside the workplace.

Workshops

Companies are busy and strapped for resources…often the source of a lot of stress and tension within teams. Hallie facilitates a needs-based analysis with each individual on the team to understand concerns, frustrations, fears, as well as what they believe is working well. Then, she hosts a team workshop to present back the findings, build a team charter, and process the conflict. She teaches communication skills and techniques for healthy dialogue to ensure sustainable change. Your team will feel proud, aligned, and productive as a result.

Meet the founder.

I’m Hallie Pond - founder of Truespace. I bring over a decade of experience across industries (retail, non-profits, and technology) and functions (customer success, executive teams, and human resources).

As a recovering people pleaser and having led teams ranging in size from 2 to nearly 20 people, I’m familiar with the pressures and expectations that come with the post of leadership. It can feel rewarding when things are going well and lonely when things aren’t.

I’m here to help leaders and their teams reach their full potential together - building skills to enhance communication and engage in conflict in a healthy and dignified way.

I hold a DISC certification, a master’s in Organizational Psychology, and an advanced certificate in Cooperation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University.

I feel most alive and in alignment when holding space for folks to process their feelings, understand their behaviors, and make meaningful changes to improve their relationships.

Ultimately, when people feel grounded in who they are, they are more open, brave, creative, and collaborative - driving higher team performance, increased employee satisfaction, and more successful and profitable businesses.
