Our Founder

I’m Hallie Pond - founder of Truespace. I bring nearly 20 years of experience across industries (retail, government, non-profits, and technology) and functions (customer success, executive teams, and human resources).

I support people as they cultivate courage to take more interpersonal risks and share somatic tools to manage stress. Folks who participate in Truespace programs leave with enhanced communication techniques and tools to engage in conflict with dignity.

I hold a DISC certification, a master’s in Organizational Psychology, and an advanced certificate in Cooperation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, and am a 2026-2027 Initiators Fellow.

I feel most alive when holding space for folks to process their emotions, understand their behaviors, and make meaningful changes to improve their relationships.

I believe that when people are skilled in conflict resilience, they are more open, brave, creative, and collaborative - driving higher team performance, increased employee satisfaction, happier communities, and safer schools.

What Clients Say…

“Hallie listens with exceptional care and is unconditionally supportive, especially in moments when I am hard on myself, make mistakes, or hold myself to very high standards. She reminds me of my humanity while still honoring my desire to grow and do better.

She brings innovative perspectives when I feel lost, holds space for my cognitive dissonance and confusion without judgment, and helps me arrive at clear, confident decisions.

Hallie is especially valuable for people navigating complexity—those facing transitions, high-stakes decisions, or periods of inner confusion; and those who want both depth and practical movement in their life and relationships.”
